How to Install Windows 8 Developer Preview using USB Drive
The easiest and fastest way to install Windows 8 developer preview from USB Drive is by using the official Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool by Microsoft. This tool is created since old Windows 7 days but works fine on Windows 8 iso too.
First, select the ISO file of Windows Developer Preview that you downloaded earlier.
Then, choose media type. You can select between USB device or DVD.
Windows Developer Preview 32 bit and 64 bit ISO should fit inside 4GB USB drive but Windows Developer Preview 64 bit with Developer Tools required at least 8GB drive or DVD9 as the size of the ISO is 4.8GB.
